ASHM thanks Delaware Saab for being a sponsor of the ASHM Golf Classic.

Franklin D. Roosevelt Golf Club is a neighbor to the Museum in FDR Park
and serves as an ideal site for the annual ASHM Golf Classic.

Individual contests include putting, long drive, straight drive and closest to the pin. Here Golf Chair Keith Nelson reviews contest schedule and rules for participants.

FDR's 18 hole, 6000+ yard, par 69, course (slope 113) is deceptively challenging. Not a problem for ASHM members John Foster and Peter Sheronas, seen here.

Nothing but blue skies and smiles at this year's Golf Classic. It was a beautiful day to spend with friends and a great way to support ASHM.
The Capozzi Team won the Skål bowl championship.
The team competitions included simultaneous foursome, team
pink ball elimination and three/four golfer scramble.

The 8th hole featured a refreshing break with Pop's Homemade Water Ice. Linda Raffa, owner of Pop's served up the frozen favorite for all to enjoy.
ASHM appreciates our golfers' and volunteers' efforts towards making this year's outing another fun one. A special thanks goes out to all of the Golf Classic's many sponsors, whose generosity benefits the museum's public programs.
