Join Amy for a virtual Cook-A-Long as she teaches us how to make Oat Blueberry Scones with Lemon Honey Skyr. Blueberries are incredibly popular in Sweden throughout the summer. This recipe is inspired by her style of New Nordic cooking with a focus on simplicity utilizing fresh, healthy, and seasonal ingredients.
Participants will receive the full recipes with ingredient list and a link to the Zoom class. You can choose to cook along with Amy or watch her demonstration and give the recipe a try later. Amy is happy to answer any questions you have during the event! Space in class is limited to 15 participants, so book your spot early! $10 for members and $15 for nonmembers.
