Fika and Tour at the BOK Building

Fika and Tour at the BOK Building
date(s)
time
4:00 - 5:30 pm

Join ASHM staff as we head to the BOK building, the former Bok Vocational High School, which after being closed down in 2013 was re-purposed to provide affordable work space for a wide variety of different users. The building is currently being transformed into a buzzing community of businesses, artists, makers, entrepreneurs, and non-profits.

One of the 150 businesses that currently reside in the BOK building is Two Persons Coffee, where we will buy fika (made by @Swedishbakingstudio) at 4:00 pm. After enjoying fika and socializing for about an hour we will join the 5:00 pm BOK tour to explore more of this fascinating building.

Please RSVP through the link below if you are planning to join so that we can let the coffee shop know how much fika to prepare. The museum does not charge for this event, but everyone will pay for their own fika. The BOK tour is free.

Meet-up time & location is 4:00 pm inside the BOK building at Two Persons Coffee, 821 Dudley Street, Philadelphia, PA 19148. Hope to see you there!
