The perfect way to shake off the cold is with a hot bowl of Swedish pea soup at the American Swedish Historical Museum. Ärtsoppa is the traditional Thursday night supper in Sweden during the winter that dates back to the medieval period. 

The ASHM Pea Soup Dinner is served with sharp Swedish cheese, crispbread, and Swedish pancakes for dessert with coffee. Cash bar available throughout the evening. You do not want to miss this delightful meal!
