Join us for a free virtual tour of Indivisible: Stories of Strength, an exhibition presented in collaboration with SEAMAAC that explores identity, culture, and belonging among Native and immigrant Philadelphians.

This online experience invites audiences to engage deeply with artwork and storytelling that reflect the rich, layered experiences of Philadelphia’s diverse communities. The art installment features a powerful video series, collaborative artworks, and new works in collage, ceramics, and photography. The artwork was created by artists participating in SEAMAAC’s art resiliency workshops, led by Shira Walinsky, Marguerita Hagan, Eugenio Salas, Rena Fruchter, and Donna Backues.

The exhibition also highlights collaborative art pieces and individual works developed through SEAMAAC’s art resiliency programming. Rooted in community-based creation, this work reflects the power of making art together — as a way to build connection, foster empathy, and imagine a more inclusive future. By bringing together participants from around the world to learn, create, and share, SEAMAAC’s workshops use creativity as a bridge across cultures, strengthening resilience and community bonds.

This free Zoom tour offers a welcoming space to experience the exhibition, hear directly from community voices, and reflect on the stories that make Philadelphia indivisible.

Lead support for this exhibit is provided by the William Penn Foundation.
