Now, WHYY asks: What did they eat? Join us at the American Swedish Historical Museum for an evening of Nordic-inspired food and drinks crafted by Swedish chef Henrik Ringbom and chef Eric Chicaleski. Learn from the Franklin Institute’s Viking experts, view artifacts from centuries past and taste Liquid Alchemy's locally made mead and cider.
